The ethos behind Strip is quite simply premium quality street food, served quickly. You can eat-in or take-away, either way you won’t be waiting long which is what makes Strip Steak so unique.

Having worked in the food industry for over 20 years , Arthur Knights trained in some of the worlds best restaurants honing his skills and most recently looking after the food offers for some of the biggest restauranteurs in the UK .

Drawing on that experience strip now rapidly serves up premium Black Angus sirloin steaks and delicious marinaded chicken to perfection with no bookings necessary no bother and no bull!

We both had the Big One wrap, steak was juicy and pink, perfectly seasoned. Great texture with the crunchy fries. The cheese sauce compliments it perfectly. The best steak sandwich I have eaten.

Absolutely brilliant place the staff were so amazing, we had our two dogs so they brought water straight out then found us a table inside when it started to rain. Tom was awesome and brought a little snack for the dogs which was so kind. Staff were so attentive and great atmosphere highly recommend!

I recently went to Strip Steak Bar at the food docks and had a fantastic meal. The steak was cooked perfectly to my liking. The atmosphere was amazing, but what really topped it off was the service. Saw a demo at Five Valleys, loved the taster and it convinced me to ditch the dinner I’d bought and get a steak instead. Such good value for excellent quality steak - tender and tasty. I had the strip steak with Bloody Mary Béarnaise and it was one of the best I’ve had in Gloucestershire! The sauce was incredible too. Can’t wait for it to come to Gloucester!

Friendly welcome and service. Good clean decor. Simple menu - went for the steak and chips which was delicious. The meat was tender and pink but not bloody. Liked the addition of cracked black pepper. I tried the Bloody Mary béarnaise which gave the sauce a kick. The watercress was dressed nice. It was simple, good quality food. The red wine was canned and surprisingly really good and the perfect temperature.

The steak bar is a friendly, warm, comforting environment. It’s a place where I go either with friends or on my own. Very large seating area and great for big groups and families. Food is 10/10, the steak is high quality and taste delicious oh and not forgetting the dreamy cheese sauce.. so delicious all of it highly recommended !!
